short, the GovTrack Account Management & Bid Locaon
Service is started in conjunction with, or after the
performance of the Jump
Start #20 "Full Service" Government Marketing
Program on behalf of your company.
GovTrack's Account Management
& Bid Location Service then picks up where the
Jump Start #20 Program stops, by providing critical
ongoing services for official "procurement law"
compliant, "written bid requests", the locating
and tracking of published bid opportunities, as well
as ongoing bid consultation reviews. In addition,
it provides you with updated government procurement
databases, and ongoing government sales training for
any new sales staff as needed.
This service
is idea for companies if they have limited abilities
to properly manage their government accounts, do to
time, money, knowledge or staff restraints. Or perhaps,
if they simply want to be more effective and streamlined
in their government sales and marketing efforts while
increasing sales staff accountability. With
GovTrack you can be more effective and successful
with less time, money and effort, since we would be
playing the role of your Government Sales &
Account Management Assistant to help in sales
oversight and accountability. This allows

critical account management tasks, such as rapport
building, and the actual bidding of bids and contracts.

Five
critical elements of GovTrack:
(1)
Official Quarterly Written Bid Request.
Each quarter we send to the procurement offices an
official written coop bid notification request in
accordance to the procurement laws and required procedures.
In that request, on your behalf, we request that you
be sent or notified of all bid and contract opportunities,
both published and non-published for the upcoming
quarter. This helps to not only keep your name in
front of the buyers, but it also helps to put them
on notice that you are a serious and active vendor
wishing to do business with them. Unlike other vendors
that may register, but never follow-up or contact
the agencies ever again. We know from experience that
success comes from regular ongoing contact, and knowing
what, when and where the business is taking place.
But don't worry, because we will help you with this
process.

Published Bid Location & Core Bid Notification.
Many agencies will publish their bid information on
websites if it reaches a certain dollar threshold.
In doing this, they may required you, (or
"us" in this case on your behalf),
to monitor the published bid websites in order to
track and obtain the bid details. Therefore, on your
behalf, we will be monitoring on a regular basis the
published bid websites in order to track the basic
bid information, and to notify you of those opportunities.
We will provide you with the basic bid or contract
information such as the Agency Name, Purchasing Contact,
Bid Number and a brief bid description, as the information
is made available. Then, if you want to respond to
that particular bid or contract opportunity, "you"
will then need to officially request it, or download
the bid yourself in order to respond to it.

Bid Consultation Reviews.
We will be providing you with ongoing bid consultation
reviews, limited up to one per month, to help maximize
your chances of being awarded bids and contracts.
We will also be brain storming with you to help develop
new strategies and techniques based upon your business,
market and capabilities to be leveraged in the bidding
process as your bidding practices evolve. This will
help to insure that everything is on target so you
have a better chance of reaching your sales goals.
Especially since you are still responsible for conducting
the overall government account management.

Procurement/Agency Database Updates.
Several times throughout the year we perform updates
to our government procurement database. As a GovTrack
user, you will automatically be provided copies of
the new updated database information as it is made
available.
(5)
Ongoing New Sales Staff Training.
During the performance of the Jump Start #20 "Full
Service" Government Marketing Program, which
is a pre-requirement for the GovTrack Program, your
current salespeople are trained through our Advanced
Government Sales Training Program,
and a Teleconference Sales Training Session. During
the GovTrack service period, any new salespeople that
may be newly assigned to government sales, can be
trained free of charge - conditions/limits apply.
